Resumen

The german philosopher reason his opposition to incipient eugenics techni- ques –except when these are direct to the solution of serious medic illness- based on other re- asons, like in the hypothetical constitution of two types of humanity: the improved genetic and those in which doesn ́t take part previously. Also make reference to the esential dignity of the man, any physical or mental state.
